  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 tbsp sugar (for apples)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
  3. Beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract. Pour over the baked crust.
  4. Toss diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; layer over the cheesecake filling.
  5. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until set in the center. Cool completely before removing from the pan.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
