  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate

  7. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. Spread mousse over cooled brownies and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
