  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 60 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 70 g granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 375 g ricotta cheese, well-drained
  • 115 g mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 60 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 90 g mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Brush both sides of flour tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Cut tortillas into wedges, arrange on baking sheets, and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  4. In a bowl, beat together well-drained ricotta, softened mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
