  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Optional: extra honey drizzle and cocoa powder for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by blending rolled oats (or almond meal), cocoa powder, nut butter, and honey until sticky. Press into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. For the center layer, blend low-fat cottage cheese, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth. Spread over the base layer.
