  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (dairy-free if necessary)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth using an electric mixer or whisk.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place truffles on it.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 30 seconds until fully melted.
  6. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
  7. While still wet, sprinkle lightly with extra pumpkin pie spice. Allow to cool completely before serving.
