  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • ½ onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until soft; add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef; cook until browned. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and cream cheese. Cook until well combined.
  5. Toss in cooked spaghetti and shredded cheese, mixing until everything is evenly coated.
